October 20, 2010

Okay, so when I weighed in today.................drum roll............I was down 8 pounds!  Yeah for me!  I'm actually very proud of myself and will continue on this journey.  I know this journey won't be easy, but I will make it the best I can by taking one day at a time!  I will strat walking on Monday and will do it 2-3 days a week and continue to watch what I put in my body.

I finally got the nerve to get on the scale and I was very depressed when I saw the number.  I have NEVER been this heavy in my life!  I decided it was time to start getting fit.  I was going to be much more active then I have been and to really pay attention to what I put into my body.
